We execute our unique and original product line with the highest quality ingredients, a state-of-the-art brewing system, and the latest brewing practices. We strive to create meaningful relationships and memorable experiences with adventurous craft beverages from our taproom in Greeley and through our expansive distribution network.

Our marketing team serves as the storytellers of the WeldWerks brand. They embody our "Dialed-In Beer" ethos—deeply understanding our audience, creating excitement around our products, and connecting with our community in authentic ways.
We’re seeking an Associate Graphic Designer to help visually communicate our evolving brand story. This person will play a key role in bringing to life everything from label art and merchandise to event branding and digital assets.
Innovation is the core of our identity—we honor our roots but remain unbound by them. As we grow, we need a visual strategist who can create a cohesive and compelling brand presence across it all.

As our Associate Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for:
- Crafting Compelling Creative Assets:
Design eye-catching and brand-aligned materials, including beer labels, merchandise, sales collateral, event branding, and digital ads
Assist in the ideation of innovative and effective products, beer and event names, marketing campaigns, and overall marketing and design strateg
Collaborate closely with the Lead Graphic Designer and Marketing Team on feedback, revisions, approvals, and deadline
Work cross-functionally with compliance and production teams to ensure regulatory accuracy for label submission
Serve as a point of contact with external vendors when needed
Research and Industry Awareness:
Monitor design, branding, and packaging trends in the craft beer industr
Present insights and ideas that align with consumer behaviors and future brand directions
Help evolve the visual identity of the brand with thoughtful, innovative concepts
Details about our ideal candidate:
- Skill and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience
- Understanding of pre-press workflows and digital advertising formats
- Familiarity with merchandise production and imprinting techniques
- Big-picture thinking with the ability to see how design supports brand strategy
- Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills

- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines
- Calm and composed in fast-paced or high-pressure situations

- Capable of setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and communicating status updates
- Able to transalte broad goals into actionable, creative output
- Hours, Travel, and Physical Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Some remote work is possible with approval from the Marketing Manager
- Occasional evening or weekend work for events may be required

Compensation Details:
This position qualifies to participate in the company tip pool. Tips are pooled and paid out on a monthly basis for all eligible positions.
